Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using IS7 Game and is7live.in — including eligibility, bonus conditions, deposits and withdrawals, and our commitment to responsible gaming. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to IS7 Game. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://is7live.in and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by IS7 Game ("we", "us" or "our") as an independent affiliate platform for skill-based online gaming in India.

By accessing, registering with or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to every part of the Platform, including our website, the IS7 Game app made available via our download page, our Telegram community, and any promotions or rewards offered from time to time. Please also see Section 15 (Amendments to These Terms) for how and when these Terms may change.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register or transact on the Platform, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.

Access to real-money skill gaming is subject to the laws of your state of residence. Residents of the following states are advised to check local laws before participating, as access may be restricted or prohibited:

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this Section, whether due to age, location, or any other restriction described in these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Certain features require you to register an account, either directly or with a gaming operator to whom we refer players. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to keep that information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us or the relevant operator immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or registering on behalf of another person may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any associated bonuses or balances. Account details, including your registered mobile number and payment methods, should belong to you personally and must not be shared with or transferred to another individual.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe you have engaged in fraud, opened or used multiple accounts, accessed the Platform while under 18, violated any part of these Terms, or otherwise misused the Platform in a manner that could harm us, other users, or our partners.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, associated balances and bonuses may be frozen until the matter is resolved. If an account is terminated for a confirmed violation, any related bonus funds and, where permitted by law, associated winnings derived from them may be forfeited.

If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting our support team through the channels listed in Section 16 (Contact), providing any information that supports your case. We will review appeals in good faith and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe, though our decision on eligibility and account status is final.

5. Bonus Terms

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ₹10,000. The welcome bonus is a promotional offer designed to give new players additional funds to explore the games available on the Platform, and it is subject to the conditions set out in this section and any additional terms presented at the time the offer is claimed.

The welcome bonus is typically credited on a qualifying first deposit made via a supported payment method, and may be subject to a minimum deposit amount and a deadline for claiming it. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are generally subject to wagering (playthrough) requirements, meaning a minimum amount must be played before the bonus or related winnings can be withdrawn. Minimum deposit amounts, maximum bonus limits, eligible games and time limits may apply, and these conditions may vary between promotions.

Bonuses are intended for genuine entertainment use only. Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including through bonus stacking, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings, and may lead to account suspension under Section 4. Full, current bonus conditions are presented at the time the offer is claimed and prevail over any general summary provided here. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at our discretion, including in response to suspected abuse.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR). Deposits can generally be made through supported methods such as UPI and NetBanking, along with other popular Indian payment options where available.

Withdrawals are processed to a verified payment method belonging to the account holder. To protect against fraud and to comply with applicable regulations, we or the relevant operator may require identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, as well as processing times, may apply, and may vary depending on the payment method and the operator handling the transaction.

You agree to use only payment instruments that lawfully belong to you. We are not responsible for delays, fees or failures caused by banks, payment providers or incorrect payment details supplied by you. Where a transaction cannot be completed due to an error on your part, such as an incorrect UPI ID, we will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of the funds.

7. Responsible Gaming

IS7 Game is committed to promoting responsible play. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment, never a way to earn income or resolve financial difficulties. We encourage you to play within your means and to set limits on the time and money you spend.

Where available, we support tools such as deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion to help you stay in control. If you feel your play is becoming a problem, we urge you to take a break and to seek help from a professional support organisation.

Never play with money you cannot afford to lose, and never let gaming interfere with your daily responsibilities or relationships. If you are under 18, or if you are located in a restricted state, you must not use the Platform. If you would like assistance setting a limit or excluding yourself from the Platform, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help.

8. Fair Play and Anti-Fraud

We are committed to keeping the Platform fair for all players. You must not engage in collusion with other players, use bots, scripts, automation tools or third-party software to gain an advantage, exploit bugs or errors in a game or in the Platform for personal gain, or otherwise manipulate outcomes in a way that undermines fair play.

If you discover a bug, exploit or vulnerability, we ask that you report it to our support team rather than exploiting it. Winnings or balances obtained through fair-play violations may be voided, and the associated account may be suspended or terminated under Section 4. Where fraud is suspected, we may share relevant information with our gaming-operator partners and, where legally required, with the appropriate authorities.

9. Prohibited Activities

To keep the Platform safe and fair for everyone, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • Using the Platform if you are under 18 or otherwise ineligible.
  • Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonating another person.
  • Using bots, automated scripts, exploits or any technology to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, money laundering or any other unlawful conduct.
  • Attempting to access, disrupt or damage the Platform, its servers or its security systems.
  • Infringing the intellectual property or other rights of IS7 Game or any third party.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to the appropriate authorities where required by law. We may also take civil action to recover losses caused by such conduct where permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the IS7 Game name, logos, text, graphics, layouts, icons and software — is the property of IS7 Game or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The names and marks of third-party games or operators remain the property of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written permission. This licence automatically terminates if you breach these Terms or if your account is suspended or closed.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content.

As an independent affiliate platform, IS7 Game provides information and referrals but does not itself operate the games or hold player funds. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any third-party service accessed through it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform, to the extent permitted by law, shall not exceed the amount of any fees you have directly paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where that failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, technical or infrastructure outages, internet or network disruptions, power failures, acts of government or changes in law or regulation, natural disasters, labour disputes, or other events of a similar nature.

Where such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to restore normal service as soon as practicable, but we make no guarantee as to the timing of any resolution and shall not be liable for any loss you incur as a result of the interruption.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account, a transaction, a bonus, or any other aspect of the Platform, we ask that you first raise the matter with our customer support team through the channels listed in Section 16 (Contact), providing as much detail as possible so that we can investigate promptly.

We aim to acknowledge and address complaints in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe. Most concerns can be resolved informally through direct communication with our support team. Where a dispute cannot be resolved this way, it will be handled in accordance with Section 14 (Governing Law), without prejudice to any statutory rights you may have.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or your use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory legal provisions, the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects its original intent.

15. Amendments to These Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable law. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Platform.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform and may contact us with any questions or concerns beforehand.
